Clemy Cocktails was founded as an answer to a simple question: what would a drinks program look like if hospitality came first, and ego came last? Clemy Cocktails was born out of years behind the bar, in restaurants and at private events — learning to listen, to plan, and to pour with intention.
Today Clemy works with venues, brands, and private clients across three formats: consulting for bars that want to evolve, immersive private events that feel like the room is in on a secret, and intimate workshops that hand back a piece of the craft.
Every glass Clemy serves is composed with the same three ingredients: precision, restraint, and warmth.
